Free food that is if you want to eat what they cook. Some days it's edible at best

Cons

CULTure keepers is what they preach but it's more like a CULT and one of those pyramid scheme companies. More worried about money and the unrealistic budget than employees or the residents. Very high turnover due to mismanagement and absurd company policies. Building is also in disrepair. Zero work/life balance

Some of the residents are sweet and charming

Cons

Solstice allows for abusive head chefs to get away with borderline inhumane working and food conditions becuase they will not put in any extra effort or money towards any of their workers or residents. I truly pity the residents who have to deal with the fallout of these conditions.
