Free employee lunches, I felt fulfilled bringing joy to the resident's days and loved the surrounding property.

Cons

I like working here, but the lack of support from corporate is suffocating. I no longer want to work here due to lack of support from any department within the community. I have worked holidays, neglected my mental and physical health and have burned out nearly twice now. I am actively seeking other employment due to the dysfunctional nature of the staff at times. Residents are also crabby often and do not make me want to come to work at all.

Huge turnover for good reason

Working with seniors who are such wonderful people.

Cons

Low wages; expected to work in several departments regardless of what you were hired in for. This company is only focused on the bottom line, not their residents, not the needs of their employees. The revolving door with residents and staff says as much. Their is nothing genuine about this company.
