      The residents are super sweet and the job is rewarding as long as upper management allows you to do it,

      Cons

      Expected to do the job of 2 people and the expectations are unrealistic. There is no support from management and even when you get approval you get thrown under the bus. Low salary for the amount of work you do. No appreciation or loyalty from the company. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. You get different directions from every manager/upper manager. High turnover of community staff. While they call themselves independent living they are really an assisted living facility with people that are not appropriate. Sometimes you feel like a glorified babsitter for the elderly. They will take anyone that will sign a check.

      Resident focused and the care for and by Leadership toeards the Team is refreshing. Warm 20 year history that exhibits success because daily Culture mantra is Happy Employees = Happy Residents = Happy Ownership. Executive Directors empowered to "lead" not "follow".
