Good team, meaningful work, reasonable work life balance

Cons

It's still a corporation so there are the obligatory (and often duplicative) reports required. Everyone is struggling with budget issues and it's felt throughout the team. Corporate leadership seems to prefer bringing in new people rather than promoting from within.
