Integral Senior Living is a company that focuses on compassion and integrity! This company offers structured employee appreciation programs and incredible training resources. Employees immediately feel the effects of a positive company culture along with strong employee recognition programs. The ISL philosophy is to take care of their staff, knowing it will trickle down to benefit the residents and families they are serving in each community. In my opinion they offer the best work/life balance. I myself have followed them from my hometown of Rancho Mirage to Santa Barbara because I refused to work for any other corporation in this field. ISL sets the bar high for your career and you will want to follow them around too!
