Amazing group people! Fun place to work. ISL truly cares about their employee’s, and are willing to promote within the company. Senior Management is a huge support to the communities and is always available to the team. ISL stays true to their Culture, Mission, Vision, and Values.

Cons

The down side would be as to any company lots of multitasking throughout the day. You have to be flexible and ready for change.

I have worked with ISL as an ED for seven amazing years........Very progressive, innovated PPP (people, product profit) unique cultured company that allows you to operate autonomously, grow, voice your opinion, very supportive and communicative from the regional staff and the corporate office staff...............You are encouraged to excel, be the best you can be, ..........work hard yet have fun doing so..............Love your community for what is is....and is not..............Could not comprehend working for another organization.............This one is way to great...........:O)

Pros

ISL took a chance on my lack of experience because I have compassion. They told me they could teach me what I need to know, but they can't teach compassion. I've been with the company for more than 4-years and I continue learning everyday from my regional support, employees, and families. It's an amazing company and I'd recommend it to anyone who has the passion for helping others.

Cons

probably the same cons of any other Assisted Living Management Company...check the box reports, budgets, bottom line...you know the stuff that makes a company work. :-)
