Great pay and top notch support all the way up the ladder. Residents and colleagues make the day go by fast. New company with progressive ideas and massive amount of autonomy.

Was nice to work here when we were holiday retirement.

Cons

Since the take over from holiday the community has gone from bad to worse. Food is terrible and the chef gets mad with staff and residents. Residents are scared to complain about the food because the chef will hold a grudge against them. She is Crazy!The chef yells at everyone in the kitchen and demoralizes the kitchen staff and the community manager won't do a thing about it because it is his wife. Everyone is on pins and needles and just looking for a better job or rather a better work environment. This is a terrible place to work.
