It is a demanding industry in general; work life balance needs to be a continued focus.

Pros

Excellent support from regional and corporate staff. Culture is very positive. Trying to implement at community level takes awhile because of changes in last year but I have a great team and I'm confident we'll get where we need to be!

Cons

Change is often difficult. Community management transferred to Solstice in late 2017. I think that was ore difficult proposition than originally anticipated. I think they are just beginning to hit their stride after a few missteps in 2018.
