My co-workers have been positive.Residents show so much Love.good change is here and for the best.its about making our residents feel comfortable,loved and appreciated.I thank the current ED for the wonderful opportunity

Only thing i can say is that the guy that was here before me stopped caring somewhere along the way.i mean come on dude,the catwalks were his trash can.this guy was so unorganized,didnt know how to uniform things.dang buddy,you really showed how much dedication you had by how you left the place looking.oh and remember that you knew about the PTAC's on recall because i found the sheet in your old stack of papers in the activities office.shows how much you cared about preventing anything from happening to any of our residents right?i have it all written down.

Cons

Dishonest management both in community, regional team and Human Resources. Does not feel that labor laws apply to them and feel that they can do and say anything that they want without consequences to their actions.

Integral Senior Living truly values its employees, communities and the residents they serve. ISL is always looking for progressive ways to enhance their business practices by seeking the feedback and expertise of their associates. I can genuinely say the team I work with is amazing! I couldn't ask for a more passionate, dedicated and fun group of people to work with!
