I have worked for Integral Senior Living for about 18 months now and I can honestly say that I finally LOVE what I do everyday! This company believes in their culture and it shows! They treat their employees like one of their family. They make what we do everyday fun and worthwhile. It is so nice to work for a company that appreciates what you do everyday and it shows!

Cons

I believe that every company always has room to grow and better themselves and that no one company is perfect, however Integral Senior Living comes very close.

Pros

I have worked in Healthcare for all of my adult life, and this company is truly a breath of fresh air. From the very top of the chain down, the passion for quality care and dedication to the company's core values are seen and felt. Yes, Healthcare is a business, even in an acute care hospital, but ISL prides itself in providing the best for seniors, and I've NEVER felt like they cared more about making a profit than they do about the residents. They truly find, and train people to be the best of the best, they are honest, fair, and fun! I hope to be a part of the ISL family until I am in need of senior housing for myself.

Cons

Nobody is perfect, and no company either, but I have to say they come pretty close. I can't really come up with a con significant enough to put in a review. They should be really proud of what they have created!

Pros

ISL is an extremely supportive company. Not only do they exhibit the core values express during trainings, they carry a culture that I have never experienced anywhere else. ISL strives for excellence and wants the best for their employees from a corporate and community level. It's nice to work for a company that makes me feel like I make a difference and my job is no less important than any other position held. "We are a company of common sense, keep it simple"

Cons

I've been at the current community 15 years and I wish they would have taken over sooner.
