      a few very competent employees (albeit with high turnover)

      Cons

      high accident rate, discards damaged workers without a shred of decency; rewards incompetents who schmooze well, which damages morale of real workers; major lies during "recruitment" process; failure to pay relocation expenses; changes pay & benefits without discussion; long history of sexual misconduct by clique of upper managers (porn over network, strip clubs, etc)
