Pros
Company has strong roots in it's business. People are friendly and work hard. They promote from within, leaving room to move around with in the company.
Cons
The job description for 2nd shift was not accurately describe to me during the interview. Never would have taken position if I had known some of the responsibilities assigned. I had asked specific questions about a portion of the position and was only given partial information about the job.
