      Pros

      Nice operations headquarters and engineering building, no so nice all the other little office buildings other functions were tucked into. Many employees see very devoted to IDT and would go above and beyond for it to succeed.

      Cons

      Expected to work holidays with no additional pay, poor at prioritizing corporate goals (everything was most important immediately), friction between cultures in Iowa and Skokie.

      Pros

      Was great when I began my tenure at Integrated DNA Technologies

      Cons

      Very little communication with mid/ upper level Management. Promises made and not kept... Pay raises less than cost of living... and finally, luncheons / food is not enough of an incentive to entice employees to continue working at IDT. At this time my advice is to look elsewhere for employment. With the amount of employment available in the financial sector, there is no reason to accept employment in a toxic environment.

      Great values, great work life balance, like to promote from within whenever possible, fun culture.

      Cons

      Has recently been acquired so there are some changes, but nothing that won't help to improve the company.
