      Thank you for taking the time to review IDT as an excellent place to work! You are absolutely right Iowa can get pretty cold in the winter. But if you like the four seasons Iowa is definitely the place to be, and Coralville/Iowa City seems to be a pretty eventful place no matter the season.

      Pros

      Great people and good community vibe at Coralville location. Coralville is a great place to live, especially for young families. Quality products you feel good about making and supporting. Rare to still find company that has its own internal IT, Customer Service, Tech Support, and IDT even makes its own synthesizers, instruments. Big part of success.

      Cons

      Several ares of underdeveloped infrastructure. Still struggling to find the right organizational model, in need of some key management people who bring industry experience.
