Pros
I've been with the company for several years. It has grown exponentially in the time I have been here, including adding sites world-wide. The growth has allowed for opportunities for employees to move to different positions that may be a better fit for them. The IDT culture has remained young and fun, which makes it unique.
Cons
With the huge growth, there are also growing pains. As a company becomes larger it tends to become more bureaucratic which starts to chip away at the fun culture we have traditionally had - budgets become tighter, hiring becomes more difficult, everything is more regulated, people are worked too hard at times. There is a common complaint that production staff is underpaid.
