Best place I have ever worked

Pros

401K HSA, the company puts in money Long term and short term disability that the company pays for 3.5 weeks of vacation, 2 floating holidays, and 9 regular holidays all paid for from day 1 Lots of social gatherings Helpful/sympathetic HR Middle management listens to concerns, not just about work, but also your personal life. After working here a year and a half I went from $35k to about $42k with another raise coming. I plan on working here until I retire because this is the absolute best place I have worked.

Cons

The entitlement attitude of some of the younger hires. They expect too much with a four year degree. I have went across the country and worked at several scientific facilities and this place is top notch, comparatively.

Pros

This is was a good place to start start my job experiences. The health benefits and 401k are decent and begin shortly after hire. Lower to mid level management is pretty easy to get along with. The company hires young, so many of your coworkers are in their mid 20's. Working the overnight shift has a pretty relaxed atmosphere in terms of work place professionalism.

Cons

The age group of the coworkers is pretty young, as in 30 and under, with lower/mid level management being 40 and under. This leads to very little advancement within the company. The pay is mediocre (with little or no bonuses) considering you need a 4 year degree and the company grows over 10% year after year. Little appreciation for the individual, and not shown by upper management at all.
