Cons

Departments are mismanaged. Politics are important. Managers are either sitting on your shoulder doing the work or leaving you to flounder in the deep end with no training.

Great technology but remarkably disorganized

Incredible R&D team, excellent market position

Cons

Production and customer facing teams are in chaos. Lots of burned out people so they need to hire more. However new management says things will change soon! Also, many teams are siloed and non-collaborative. Management historically does not communicate well.
