Well respected company that produces great quality products

Extreme top down management. Management doesn't consult folks on the ground and in the labs to find out what works and what doesn't. Too much emphasis on Salesforce..........so much so they could care less about the customer. Danaher puts unrealistic sales expectations on the sales teams every year.

Pros

IDT was recently purchased by Danaher. They are making lots of good changes. The work done here is advancing science and will make the world a better place. I like the HDHP with HSA. IDT contributes to the HSA.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement. The benefits are decent. Rumors are some will change due to acquisition by Danaher. Probably some better, some worse. Compensation and staffing levels have been kept artificially low as they prepared to go public or be bought. Hopefully, under Danaher, things will improve.
