IDT has good systems in place to help sales reps be successful. The base salary and commission target are both fair and achievable.

Cons

Most of the sales are inbound & are customers that are already looking to buy. The average deal size is small and a lot of what you are dealing with is transactional sales.

There’s good but also there’s some bad

Great atmosphere, coworkers are easy to get along with and make working enjoyable, you are constantly learning something new

Cons

IDT underpays employees and justifies it by explaining IDT is a P4P (paid for performance) company, can be high stress at times, there isn’t any talk or information on promotions or career advancement so you never know where you are at
