Will higher Production Scientists right out of college, no experience necessary. Great facility. Job security. The CEO is a great man.

Cons

It takes a year to implement minor changes in the lab. Pay isn't the best as a production scientist. Health Benefits are ok

There is a great benefits package with lots of time off. Also there area some really great people here if you are just graduating.

Cons

The salary compensation is poor. There is little oppurtunity for advancement with such a young company. The raises could be better too.

They give benefits to employees that work part time, even interns. They have a casual work attire and the people are great to work with

Cons

Very poor compensation. Their training programs are lacking, you are basically thrown into your position with little to no direction.
