Pros

Working alongside with coworkers of the same age and the environment is not stressful. I had a really great supervisor my 2nd year there who listened to my needs and concerns and acted appropriately.

Cons

They pay is mediocre and I found the senior management to be very unapproachable and came off a little arrogant but sometimes they tried too hard to show that they care about the employees. I found the talent of middle management to be spotty. There were some really great supervisors and some who just don't know how to handle certain situations.
