Awful upper management and sketchy hiring practices Hired me as a environmental health and safety manager, but when I got the job offer it was a different title and less pay - after they told me to give my two weeks. I was flabbergasted and figured my responsibility would reflect this. Nope. I continued to manage but only get specialist pay for the position. The location itself was fairly unsafe as well, multiple incidences, and no real follow-up on many of them past a cursory review and "what did we learn".
