      Benefits ( base + bonus + stock) Health Insurance is good Vacation ( 3 weeks to start if you are an experienced hire and 4 weeks after 5 years) Work-life balance very smart coworkers

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are very limited. Not much scope to try out something else.

      Pros

      I worked for IDT after my graduation. It is a good company to start with your career. As IC design engineer, you have friendly colleagues with strong analog IC design experiences.

      Cons

      Before tapeout deadline, usual work OT. (Maybe it is normal for IC design house)
