Pros
Easy going atmosphare, stable work environment, nice benefit coverage like EPO and VSP plan.. Main campus away from over crowed silicon valley center.
Cons
Changing in management and managment style. Looking for short term immediate results. Most of the long term IDT employees were either get flush out or leaved for other company.
