Pros

I worked for IDT after my graduation. It is a good company to start with your career. As IC design engineer, you have friendly colleagues with strong analog IC design experiences.

Cons

Before tapeout deadline, usual work OT. (Maybe it is normal for IC design house)

Pros

The company culture here is the best I have ever been at and is made up of motivated hard working individuals that are open to helping and making teams a success. The size of the company makes it easy to get things done while building friendships on the way to completion.

Cons

Weak executive management from the CEO and VP level which influences the director level is destroying morale with it's poor performance and quiet layoffs being done despite the picture of success being painted for the analysts and outside world
