Pros
Reverse commute of course. Fairly good cafe. Nice colleagues mostly.
Cons
HR. Most companies handle personnel issues with a measure of grace and compassion. Like if a person is struggling, at least let him or her go under a "RIFF". That gives him/her a chance to get unemployment benefits and rebuild their career. But IDT is nowadays a place,where HR tries hard to fire any inconvenient person for "non-performance"... though no one had done anything remotely unethical at all...why the hurry to try to finish them off? Couldn't IDT have played a part in their perceived "non-performance?"
