      Rewarding; Manangement Sucks

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with all the different individuals as it was rewarding and there was always something to do.

      Cons

      Staff turnover is high, Management is super cliquey. Don't even try to make a complaint to HR, they will retaliate.

      The clients were everything to me. If you truly want to work in this field it's super rewarding but the company is god awful.

      I honestly can't believe this place has such a high rating and it makes me question it a little lol. Worked for them for over almost 3 years and saw so many managers, DSP's, and job coaches cycle through the door. They're absolutely fine with allowing managers to abuse and make fun of clients as well as having to work with some of the most horrible coworkers I've ever worked with. Half of them got legit kicks out of poking fun at our clients and upsetting them. Yet they would get promotions and we were told those coworkers were good people just having a rough day??? The abuse occured for months on end sometimes before that person would quit. If you have a consience it'll be really hard to work here for very long.
