ILC is the best Person Centered Company

Pros

The environment is very welcoming. I have worked for several companies and everyone above me (all the way to CEO) care deeply about the staff and individuals we support. The relationships I have created here are incomparable. ILC has so many opportunities for growth. My supervisor is very knowledgeable and adapt to my needs and how best to communicate with me.

Cons

It is nice to see a company see so much protentional in employees. However, I believe sometimes the company keeps employees who have gone through all the lifelines. Sometimes its best to cut ties instead of stress further about a bad apple

The management doesn’t communicate About 20% off the management will appropriate you work If you work VOC and they are short staffed in res they will hound you to work Benefits are expensive
