Pros

Communication, diversity, team environment, coordinators, and administration have been with the company for several years, dedicated to making the work environment better and the lives of the people they support, pay increases yearly (or more).

Cons

Every company is not perfect. There are changes that occur that not everyone will agree with, but I trust the administration and the decisions they make.
