Pros

Everyone is very welcoming and amazing to work with. They hours may sometimes be difficult but management is flexible and always willing to work with you. They are very understanding about things happening and peoples lives and will do whatever it takes to make them succeed. It is amazing and fulling to work with individuals with disabilities and to see them grow and succeed. ILC is continuously innovating techniques to make this happen, and strive to make it a great place to be.

Cons

For me it is a long commute, but it's worth it.

Pros

GREAT management at Vocational Site and Main Office. There are amazing benefits. If you have great passion for your job and show you're a hard worker, you will move up very quickly. It's the most rewarding job I have ever had.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of.

Pros

Fulfilling work that makes you feel like your time is worth it. Endless smiles. Making a difference in the lives of others. Extensive training. Quickly accrued PTO. Gas reimbursement.

Cons

Very hard to move up unless you get favored. Management. Management is abusive with their power and treat their employees like garbage. The favoritism is so rife at this job it's almost palpable. Managers and favored employees hang out in the office and gossip. Passive aggressive behavior from management. The pay is not worth all the effort you will be putting in. You'll love the individuals until you realize your bosses are making it a toxic workplace and it's heartbreaking. Turnover rate is high for a reason.
