Pros

QoL, they don't push you too hard.

Cons

Dishonest HR with little or no regard for employee rights. Lack of in-house progression. Work unlikely to improve your CV for most future jobs. Culture is under-going an uncontrolled transformation to who-knows what.

Sinking ship

Pros

Good/smart people used to work there!

Cons

Very top HEAVY (not normal for a small company of their size ). Lots of politics. Top management only thinks about their salaries/incentives and nothing else. No innovations whatsoever. Always looking for low hanging fruit projects and hence the situation they are in (sinking ship). All the smart people that could change the company's path are gone. HR is very toxic.
