Pros

Middle managers are understanding and very helpful, team is good to work with. Room to expand to other roles across the board.

Cons

Upper management feels completely out of touch with the rest of the company. We've been going through a merge for what feels like ages with little changing, and every week the only news that comes down is "massive changes coming soon!" with the date getting pushed back every time the big shift is about to happen. Leaves all teams in a flux of not wanting to change broken processes too much as we all get the sense it will change anyway.

Remote work. Most employees are easy to work with.

Cons

Company is growing quickly, but communication about road map is lacking. Company seems to think more middle management is the solution to any problem.
