Pros

Great place to grow and build your career. Fast growth.

Cons

Fast growth means a lot of change. Not the pace for everyone. Managed Services is also a lot more difficult than Internal IT, more adventure but also more complicated to serve many environments rather than just one.

Supervisor and Team members are great.

Cons

Losing customers locally. Pay isn't the best. Forcing current customers to new service plans is causing them to leave.

Pros

A good PTO plan is about it.

Cons

About everything else. If you're considering working for this company just know it's about 15 companies hobbled together. Lots of red tape and they still haven't really integrated anything. A bunch of disjointed systems and red tape.

Thank you for your review and for acknowledging that we have a generous PTO program. You are correct - we are many MSPs joined into one. However, Integris has recently undergone a transformation which included integrating and streamlining our processes into "One Integris." We are excited for the next chapter.
