      Pros

      Completely under paid, completely unappreciated and toxic beyond your wildest imagination plus you are overworked...yes those are actually the Pros

      Cons

      Walking in the door until lunch (If you can leave). Once you get back from lunch until the day is over. This is the worst IT shop and the most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. If you want to find out how mistreated you can be and how corrupt the company is from the top down, accept a job here.

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, good vacation time. Making mistakes is inevitable and as long as you notify people quickly it's not a big deal at all.

      Cons

      Currently a little short staffed, which means you're almost never going to finish all the tickets you have on your schedule.

      Have food, hours not bad.

      Cons

      Nothing is organized, they are patronizing, and narrow-minded. It is their way or the highway. No one will listen to suggestions and management is terrible.

      Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your experience at Integritek was negative in all these ways, but I do understand your frustrations. I came on as CEO right as you left, it seems, and am absolutely in agreement that management needs to listen to the team and use their feedback to implement change. This has been my first order of business and I hope we can enact major change in the very near term.
