      Pros

      The team I work with gets along really well and everyone is always willing to work together. The benefits are GREAT!

      Cons

      On-Call shifts and communication with other branches can be difficult. Pay could be better.

      Pros

      the people, the environment, waffle wednesday, the fact that while it’s business, people actually try to care about you. it’s a place where you are challenged to work hard for our team and clients while having the space to being yourself

      Cons

      the challenge can be a con depending on how you look at it. there’s always in one way or another something important to be done, your mindset will be challenged everyday.

      Pros

      You can learn a bit here if you are trying to cut your teeth here. The nature of how they toss you in the pit will give a trial by fire if you can handle it.

      Cons

      The largest issue I have with Integritek is that you will never move up in a meaningful way. Careers either start or die here, there's not a lot to take away if you are trying to take it the next level. Just a paycheck and some grey hairs.
