Upper Management knows little in the IT department
Too much time spent on meetings about taking action instead of letting technicians do their jobs.
Extremely Understaffed with no effort to change
More people are leaving than being hired.
No raises (Unless you're management)
No room for advancement unless you're upper management or builds but that's mandatory
Micromanagement is a constant (they call it managing but being on your employees backs 24/7 is not just managing)
I watched this company be taken over and spoiled by new management and it will not survive how its currently running.
