Pros

-Great if you're wanting to put technical experience on your resume

Cons

In 2022 alone, the company is currently going through a mass exodus phase of employees that have been there 3+ years due to the leadership’s inability to act on serious grievances that were brought forth. There have been at least 5 great long time co-workers of mine that have decided to find better opportunities elsewhere in the past month. The Austin office is a complete mess. Here are the top reasons: -Underpaid -Under staffed -No raises -No bonuses -Constant weekend coverage No hard feelings towards local Austin and central regional management. I think they are great people, but I personally believe their hands are tied. Peace out Integritek! ✌🏼

Hello, thank you for your honest discussion. It is great to hear some positive feedback on local management. We understand that as Integritek grows and changes that we may lose some talent to other opportunities. We wish our previous employees the best in their future endeavors. Leadership's top priority is supporting our team with the tools, accommodations, and compensation packages that allow each employee to operate and feel at their best. We provide flexible benefits, such as fully-remote working options and unlimited PTO, because of our genuine investment in our people. Leadership is committed to providing competitive compensation packages to ensure our team members feel valued and taken care of. We recently rolled out wage increases to a large number of employees and will continue to take action to take care of our people. Integritek would not run without our incredible team members. While we admit we are continuously evolving / improving, Integritek today is an organization that prioritizes our people, culture, and our Client partners in every decision.

Pros

-50% health benefits paid by employer -the local team members are amazing, I formed so many connections at this company and that is what I am most grateful for.

Cons

-EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A CON -Forcing employees to work in office when it is completely unnecessary for most positions (it is 2022 and this is an IT company) -Promise of unlimited PTO but it is in fact LIMITED and you will be reprimanded for using too much (unless you are one of the chosen ones who they let take off whenever) -Raises are a JOKE - (basically none were given, even though they were promised) and if they are given it is less than 3% for perfect performance - so basically nothing and NO BONUSES -raises were skipped frequently -no punishment or termination given to employees for not following policies - kept people that were literally asleep at their desk multiple hours for multiple shifts -management changes so often there is no consistency (I don't mean support managers or regional directors - specifically C level management and anyone brought on in the last 6 months - you are running the company into the ground already) -time off approvals run rampant and at any time you may have more than half the staff off work and you will be left to DROWN by yourself -callouts are a serious problem, and they are allowed for any reason at any time with no limits. many staff will call out just to get their tickets reassigned because they do not want to go onsite or deal with volume on a day other staff has expected absences. -promise of career growth is a LIE -you will be unhappy and overworked -the clients are rude and nasty to most staff PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE if you have any self respect, this company is going to crash and burn and most likely just be absorbed into Executech, which would not surprise me if that was their plan to begin with. You can literally go work at a local burger joint for the same pay...
