Pros

Flexible work schedule, work from home.

Cons

The IT department has more managers than regular employees and those managers have no skills that qualify them as managers. It's a very cliquey bunch, and if you don't fit the clique, you don't get a made up management position. Communication is non existent, managers spend all their time in meetings, but never convey the content of those meetings to employees. Processes are in place, but ignored by most. Stay clear if you want to actually be productive.

Pros

It was a cool work environment that is the only positive thing I can say.

Cons

I had someone training me that did not know how to properly train someone else. The trainer wanted to do everything themselves instead of taking the time to show me how to complete the task properly. I was busting my butt on a daily basis learning from mistakes mean while being told that I was told I was doing a good job by that trainer. When they were actually taking all my mistakes to my sales manager to have me fired. I was completely caught off guard and mortified when I was taken to the HR department in front of the entire building. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever experience I have ever been through with any company.

Integrity Express Logistics Response

Integrity Express Logistics is a third-party logistics company and does experience turnover, especially among the sales team. However, compared to other brokerages, our turnover rate is considerably low. As with most sales careers, a sales role here can be both challenging and fruitful – and is certainly not in line with everyone’s motivational fit. Sales employees are classified as non-exempt employees and get paid for all overtime hours worked. We very much appreciate your review and wish you all the best.
