Lots of room for personal and professional growth. The culture in the Tampa office is family oriented which makes it an exciting place to work. Show up ready to work hard and you will be rewarded. Started my career at IEL as a Sales Intern and based on performance as an intern was then promoted to a Logistics Coordinator. I have been with the company for almost 2 years now and the possibilities for professional growth and financial compensation is truly limitless. Work hard and leverage your peers and you will be extremely successful because the management and support teams are truly invested in every reps success.

Cons

There can be of out of office / weekend work depending on how you set your book of business up. Fast paced job and can be challenging so come prepared to work hard and play hard too.

Pros

They give you the tools to make unlimited amount of money. As long as you apply yourself and put in the hours initially it pays off 10 fold. There is a reason it has been voted Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay twice in the last 5 years. You just have to put in the hours. This is not a 9-5 if you want to make money.

Cons

There are no cons. This job isn't for everyone.
