Pros

I have been working here for almost a year now, and they are never getting rid of me!! Management is exceptional. Consistent, passionate, caring and patient. Constantly being taught and constantly learning. The culture here is everything a company should aspire to have. I plan on growing here for many more years to come.

Cons

Work life balance is a little difficult, especially the more you grow your own book of business, so this may pose an issue to some; but like anything else, the more you put in, the more you will get out of it.

IEL Canada has a great management team that helps guide and teach you to learn and grow, with opportunities for career growth and support. The employees here are kind and welcoming, with a helpful team atmosphere.

Cons

The work can be stressful, but that's no different than any other job in the logistics industry.

Pay wasn't great other than sales, where you could make a killing, had some fairly high turnover.
