      Higher commissions than competitors and fun, laid back atmosphere. Sales goals are attainable. Managers are supportive.

      Cons

      High pressure - need to be efficient and direct on phone. Hard to manage work/life balance.

      Honestly none, I definitely reccomend it if you can handle a fast paced worklife, I've referred multiple friends already.
