      There was great support from fellow brokers

      Cons

      Management was not efficient with their ability to provide true support to agents looking to become commissioned brokers.

      Pros

      If this is your first job out of college or your first sales job, it wouldn't be bad to work here for a year to get some experience for your resume

      Cons

      The pay is hardly livable. Most of the brokers (account executives) have another job outside of Integrity in order to get by. Most people wont make commission until over a year, at least. The employee turnover rate is extremely high. When commissioned brokers leave the company, their good accounts will be given away to other brokers that are already on commission This role also is fairly stressful / high anxiety
