Pros

Can be very good pay if you can sell.. but read below. Systems are top notch

Cons

Integrity Express recently overhauled their commission structure to cut commissions by 25% and limits commission on past customers, current or not, by a 38% decrease if you can resell those. Ask management about this during your interview. They are not done cutting/restructuring commissions. Potential new customers with any impact are relatively maxed out - they'll show you the razzle dazzle of the top performers but that is not realistic for new hires. Prepare for an underwhelming training program and with a "stick rate" close to 10%.. thats right. For every 10 sales people hired about 1 will make it to the commission level. Day starts at 0600 in Denver until 1500 Very loose work environment - like a frat house

Pros

Food truck days, happy hours, fun Christmas party (which doesn't exist anymore).

Cons

I used to come home and cry every other day after working here. If you didn't come in early, work late, skip your lunch, and work weekends management would make veiled threats about creating a mandatory overtime policy. You may even get looked at sideways if you went to the bathroom one too many times or spent too long in there. Management is very gossipy. It is a frat house like atmosphere. If you are a woman who is attractive, expect to be sexually harassed. I almost switched careers because this was my first corporate job and I thought that every place was like IEL. And I put up with all of this just to get a paycheck making less than minimum wage after health insurance premiums were taken out of my check.
