      Uncapped commission, good internal software, fun team building activities

      Difficult to land a book of business, Tough market (2023-24), no raises (all commission)

      Amazing management, Consistent support from colleagues. Manageable workload. Fun events. Overall comfort 10/10.

      Cons

      Not really a con, But the bigger your business gets the more stress you have to put up with. Stay organized and this wont be an issue. Great pay structure. I love my job.

      Deceiving Brokerage

      Pros

      You have a wonderful ability to make money through cold calling and servicing customers.

      Cons

      Whenever you start to do well the company changes your commission structure and actively stretches your goals to not pay you. I was there 3 years and it changed 3 times.
