      Pros

      Very few. Sometimes they buy you food. They drink a lot. If you know someone who works there, nepotism is rampant, so that's kind of a pro for select few.

      Cons

      -Management has no direction, or poor communication in regards to direction -Complete and utter failure to listen, and support team members -Rampant Nepotism -ANXIETY INDUCING leadership, unnecessarily

      I enjoy the people we hire; it's like a family. The events we have allow people to engage with each other. Management supports everyone. Great benefits!
