      Pros

      Management is very supportive but you have to show initiative, just like any sales job. Glad I finally landed in Logistics!

      Cons

      Some of the systems can be upgraded. Office could use more team-building activities to integrate employees that can get stuck in their box.

      Pros

      - Comp structure in all depts align with the current market and business need/model. - Positive environment on the sales floor and within teams - Ability to speak freely and share ideas - Your income reflects your work - LOVE the culture, can always count on a good time coming to work

      Cons

      With the company growing, we experience growing pains. But, they end up being a positive change for the greater good down the line. Can't think of too many cons!

      Change in pay

      Pros

      Money is there if you signed up when they first started the company.

      Cons

      Pump and dump type of company, they constantly change the pay and bonus structure not in benefit of the employee. My theory for this is that they want to keep the profit margins low for the employee and keep company revenue high so they can sell in a couple of years. Wouldn’t recommend for the long haul.
