      Unlimited potential here. There is so much untapped business to obtain. They still offer great commissions over other brokerages.

      No cons about the company. The industry can be stressful and very busy at times.

      Came into this industry with no sales or industry experience With that said, This company and Management provides the proper tools and training to enable everyone to be successful.

      None - The company has doubled since last year. So, obviously doing a lot right.
