      easily overlooked, not caring about employees, no group culture, everyone only cares about themselves and not the societal benefits the company could provide

      Pros

      You get what you put in to the job, the amount of success you have depends on how many sales calls you make on a daily basis

      Cons

      No particular cons on working with IEL, pay structure is great and management works to help you succeed. As with any other freight brokerage, you are on call 24/7 and the industry can be rough.

      Corporate culture shift leads to unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
