      Ive had 4 years of logistical experience working with two other 3PLs and I will say IEL is by far the most rewarding company to work for. The truly care about the employee and want them to succeed. There are hundreds of resources at hand and the comission structure is by far the best in the industry hands down!

      Hands Down, one of the best companies I've worked for, management really cares about the teams, there are a lot of incentives to keep you going and push yourself to be better every day. The company makes your work day fun and exciting. Great team enviroment,

      none really, this work can be pretty stressful but integrity makes it fun.

      Experience as a Sales Intern

      Pros

      Integrity Express was extremely welcoming and helpful during my time as an intern there this past summer. I was assigned an individual sales manager who was there to answer any questions I may have had but anyone on the sales floor was more than willing to provide me guidance. I loved my experience so much as an intern that I decided to stay and work part time while I finish my last year at University of Cincinnati.

      The business of sales is tough so if you can't take rejection then this job isn't for you.
