      Just like ANY job out there, if you work hard at it, the rest will follow. . It's not a difficult recipe- have determination and work hard and you will see the results. Very rewarding. Great culture.

      Cons

      People need to stop complaining, nothing in life comes easy so choose your hard :) I love it here.
